“Sydney or the Bush”
For nearly ten years Syd and Kim travelled across Australia as a national road show, performing for Royal & Agricultural shows, festivals, memorials, specials events, corporate groups and schools. For the past 6 years they have settled in Western Australia, delivering fun, education, and good old Aussie spirit to schools, community events and local Ag shows.
As self appointed custodians of the Australian Spirit, their business is a live animal theatre group specialising in Australian folklore, dedicated to preserving the Aussie identity. Gigs are choreographed to live song & music, amazing horsemanship, actual shearing of sheep, famous poetry, hilarious comedy, kelpies (working sheep dogs), whip cracking and even trained sheep & lambs. They have a fantastic old Inter truck with a ripper horse float in tow, which they can drive straight into the venue for an instant set. They only need a fairly small area (indoor or outdoor) to put on some awesome entertainment, and can easily fit in with any programs from a 3 minute quick appearance, filler gigs or a whole weekend of fun and fanfare. What they do is very unique!
